$25 · Summer Saturdays
Join us for group craft classes every Saturday morning, all summer long. Each session is a chance to step away from screens, settle into a creative project, and spend an unhurried morning making something with your hands. There’s no experience required — just willingness to slow down and play.
Working with our hands has a way of quieting the noisier parts of our heads. We’ve found it can be especially helpful when life feels overstimulating or when you just need a different kind of rest. Our practice does clinical mental-health work during the week, but Craft for Calm is something different — a wellness gathering with a therapeutic spirit, open to ages 16 and older.
Bring yourself, your curiosity, and the pace you’d take on a quiet morning at home. We’ll provide everything else.
Nope. Most attendees come with no background in the craft we’re working on. We pick projects that are easy to start and forgiving to learn on.
It isn’t. Craft for Calm is a wellness gathering led by a therapist, but it’s not clinical care, and what’s shared in the group isn’t part of any therapeutic record. If you’re looking for individual therapy, our team is happy to set up a free 15-minute consultation.
Not at all. Each Saturday is a standalone session — sign up for whichever weeks fit your summer. Drop in as often or as little as you want.
Have a question we didn’t cover? Reach out through our contact page — we’ll get back to you within a business day.
