Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though this can be adjusted based on your needs and preferences. Some prefer bi-weekly sessions, while others may need more frequent support during difficult periods.

What therapy approaches do you use?

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. For couples, I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method approaches. Your treatment will be personalized to your specific needs.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, therapy is completely confidential. I follow all HIPAA guidelines and professional ethical standards. There are only a few legal exceptions to confidentiality, such as if there's immediate danger to yourself or others, which I'll explain fully in our first session.
