How much do sessions cost?

What is your cancellation policy?

Therapy Process

How long does therapy typically last?

The length of therapy varies for each person and depends on your goals, concerns, and progress. Some people benefit from short-term therapy (8-12 sessions), while others prefer longer-term support. We'll regularly review your progress and adjust as needed.

How often will we meet?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions, though this can be adjusted based on your needs and preferences. Some prefer bi-weekly sessions, while others may need more frequent support during difficult periods.

What therapy approaches do you use?

We use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care. For couples, we utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Method approaches. Your treatment will be personalized to your specific needs.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, therapy is completely confidential. We follow all HIPAA guidelines and professional ethical standards. There are only a few legal exceptions to confidentiality, such as if there's immediate danger to yourself or others, which we'll explain fully in your first session.
